Job summary

Chili's is seeking a Food Runner to deliver hospitable service and help create an exceptional guest experience. You will engage with Guests and fellow Team Members, connecting with our vibrant culture while learning the path to becoming a server.

We value a great attitude, the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and a willingness to contribute to a safe, welcoming dining room. Prior experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep tables clean by pre-bussing glassware and dishes.
• Partner with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Must be available on weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
