Job summary

PURE Taqueria is seeking a friendly Busser to provide legendary hospitality and support to servers and bartenders. This role focuses on removing used tableware between courses, resetting tables, and maintaining a clean dining room for a positive guest experience.

Candidates should be able to stand/walk for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment. English fluency is required, and the position involves teamwork with FOH and BOH staff to ensure smooth seating and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• Able to stand/walk up to 12 hours per day and lift plates

Responsibilities

• Remove used tableware between courses and reset tables after guests leave.
• Assist servers and bartenders with table clear/clearing and bussing as needed.
• Maintain a clean dining room and restrooms to support efficient service.
• Clock in/out according to posted schedule and communicate effectively with FOH team.
