Job summary

Voodoo Doughnut Chicago is hiring Team Members for our Fulton Market location in Chicago. You will help in a fast-paced shop, take and fulfill guest orders, handle payments, and keep the kitchen and front of house clean and organized.

We seek candidates with a positive attitude, reliability, and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment. Some experience in customer service or bakery is preferred, and a valid food handler's card is required.

Qualifications

• Food handler's card with knowledge of health codes and safety requirements.
• 1 year of customer service or bakery experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist guests with questions or future orders.
• Take and fulfill guest orders, process payments, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and prep areas; assist with cleaning duties as directed.
• Cook and prepare food according to guidelines, ensuring food safety and sanitation.
• Assist with product quality checks and adhere to recipe and presentation standards.
• Unload deliveries and organize supplies using FIFO methods.
• Collaborate with team and management to support smooth shop workflow.
