Qualifications

• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
• Guest focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Holds the Guest as their most important priority at all times.
• Handles high-pressure situations calmly.
• Resolves customer concerns using LAST with respect and urgency.
• Understands hospitality standards and holds self-accountable for them.
• Completes required training on Dunkin University.
• Contributes to cleanliness standards inside and outside the restaurant.
• Acknowledges Guests and is responsive to needs and special requests.
• Communicates Guest feedback to restaurant management and educates Guests on products.
