Qualifications

• Customer service skills to engage with guests and provide outstanding retail sales and service.
• Retail experience with processing information and merchandise transactions at registers.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately for precise transactions.
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in friendly conversations and make them feel welcome.
• Scan items, process sales, and handle monetary transactions with care.
• Bag items thoughtfully to ensure safe arrival.
• Stay informed about promotions and advertisements to assist guests.
• Keep register area neat and stocked with supplies.
• Relay guest requests to the Guest Services leadership team as needed.
• Maintain quality standards during peak times (10 am and 5 pm).
• Perform other duties to support the team.
• Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide notice for absences.
