Responsibilities

• Hands-on stations training under the Front of House Development Plan.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service; greet guests and thank them on departure.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items.
• Represent the Dairy Queen brand enthusiastically.
• Enter guest orders accurately into the POS system.
• Accept payments, operate the cash register, and maintain receipts.
• Keep dining areas clean and stocked; maintain equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Package and present guest orders accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
