Job summary

Dairy Queen is hiring for a Front of House/Cashier position in our restaurant. You will take and enter orders, handle payments, greet guests, and help keep the dining area clean while following SOPs with urgency.

Qualifications include being at least 15 years old and able to work at least 9 hours weekly. Flexible hours and team environment are emphasized. Dairy Queen brand is committed to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a minimum of 9 hours per week.
• Friendly, enthusiastic service to guests.
• Ability to explain menu items and answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Enter guest orders accurately into the point of sale system.
• Accept payments and maintain receipts.
• Greet guests promptly and thank them on exit.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and guest spaces.
• Support current promotions and suggest additional items.
• Stock, organize and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain safety and food-handling standards.
