Job summary

Coborn's is hiring a cashier to provide exceptional guest service by operating a cash register and assisting guests with a “Say Yes to the Guest” attitude. You will scan, ring, and enter items, collect payments, and give correct change while bagging items and helping guests with questions.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a cash register or POS system.
• Ability to handle payments, give correct change, and process coupons.
• Strong guest service mindset and ability to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register in an accurate and efficient manner; collect money, checks, electronic payments, and coupons, and provide correct change.
• Scan or ring items accurately; enter department numbers, UPCs, weights, and other details as needed.
• Assist guests with locating merchandise and answer questions; bag duties as required.
