Panera Bread in Kirkwood, MO is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member to greet guests, prepare fresh sandwiches and salads, and support all areas of the bakery-cafe. You will help ensure fast, accurate service and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and ability to lift up to 25 lb.
• Clear communication with guests and team members in a loud environment.
• Food Handler's Card where required by law.
• Food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly service.
• Assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Work across areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting bakery-cafe environment.
• Assist with daily priorities and help set up the next shift.
