Qualifications

• Standing for long periods and ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Exceed First Class Service standards with guests, partners and peers.
• Greet guests, take drink/food orders and suggest additional items.
• Follow recipes and directions for beverage preparation.
• Process transactions accurately through the POS.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and handle intoxicated guests safely.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and well-stocked bar.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Inventory beverages and supplies; reorder as needed.
• Build guest loyalty and use training materials to improve selling skills.
• Keep the work area organized and free of safety hazards.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including food safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
