Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or a customer-facing role preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, MVR, and criminal background check.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Must meet physical essential functions (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, inclement weather).
• No face or neck tattoos; maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the property.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests, directions, and information to enhance visitor experience.
• Respond to disturbances, emergencies, or suspicious activity and coordinate with authorities.
• Collaborate with surveillance to monitor CCTV and report security concerns.
• Maintain incident and activity reports with patrol logs and observed hazards.
• Check doors, windows, lighting, and fire safety equipment to ensure security.
• Promote awareness of rules, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Use communication and conflict resolution skills to manage disputes peacefully.
• Other duties as assigned.
