Job summary

Two Bunch Palms in Desert Hot Springs, CA, is seeking a Full Time Security - Graveyard role to ensure guest and staff safety. You will greet guests, patrol the property, log calls, handle luggage, and respond to emergencies while maintaining professional conduct and strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities include incident documentation, key control, and assisting with investigations. Requires HS diploma, 1–2 years security experience, CPR certification, and a BSIS Guard Card.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One to two years of experience in Security.
• Resort security experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws pertaining to Security personnel (OSHA, Hazardous Communications, Blood borne Pathogen Exposure Control).
• CPR Certified and active Guard Card (BSIS).

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day gatekeeper duties: greet guests, patrol property, log calls and gate activities, dispatch to other departments.
• Provide professional, friendly reception for all guests and associates as the gate is the start of the guest experience.
• Assist guests with transportation to rooms and luggage as needed.
• Respond to emergencies promptly, assess severity, notify management.
• Write detailed incident reports for theft, injuries, property damage, or policy breaches.
• Assist with investigations as directed.
• Oversee key control distribution and collection for associates and contractors.
• Patrol property for safety and fire hazards.
• Maintain confidentiality for HR matters and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
