Job summary

Achasta Golf Club in Dahlonega, GA is seeking a Golf Services Attendant to support outside golf operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. You will help maintain carts, driving range, and greens, greet guests, load unloading bags, and assist with tournaments and events under the supervision of the Assistant Golf Professional.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, have a valid driver’s license, and are willing to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Prior golf experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Positive interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Self-motivated; able to take initiative without supervision.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support all outside golf operations, including cart fleet management.
• Maintain driving range and greens, and keep areas clean.
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with loading/unloading bags.
• Coordinate with Pro Shop and assist with tournaments and outings.
• Attend employee meetings and follow safety procedures.
• Ensure cart availability and report issues to the Assistant Golf Professional.
