Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an associate to guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running smoothly, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will work across welcome, wash, and convenience stations, performing opening/closing duties and maintaining safety and cleanliness in outdoor conditions.

No prior experience is required; a 60-day structured certification program sets you up from day one, and the role offers a hands-on pathway to leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to guide guests through a smooth wash experience and upsell memberships.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: provide excellent service, assist with member sign-ups and account management, and support with pricing and discounts.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures, prep vehicles, operate wash equipment safely, and communicate issues to the team.
• Convenience Station: engage customers, manage member accounts, and maintain inventory and cleanliness.
• General duties: opening/closing, maintain tunnel and cleanliness, prepare towels and supplies.
