Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service and support wash operations. You will guide vehicles, manage membership activities, and uphold safety and cleanliness with the goal of providing a top-tier experience.

The role emphasizes onboarding members, handling sign-ups and changes, and maintaining efficient, friendly service at all times. This is an onsite position prioritizing teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station: deliver friendly service, assist with sign-ups and member management.
• Wash Station: follow safety procedures, prep vehicles, operate wash equipment.
• Convenience Station: engage customers, manage accounts, stock detail centers, maintain cleanliness.
• General Duties: maintain professional conduct, handle opening/closing, keep tunnel clean, prepare towels and materials.
