Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with parking and luggage, and ensure a prompt, safe arrival and departure experience.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage keys and claim checks as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers at all times.
• Accurately complete ticket information and, when required, assist in revenue collection.
