Job summary

Jamestown is seeking a Valet Driver to deliver professional valet services for guests and tenants across our properties. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, greet guests warmly, and support a clean, organized valet operation that reflects Jamestown’s hospitality standards.

The role requires the ability to drive manual transmissions, a current driver’s license, and availability for nights and weekends, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with current address and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission and pass a field driving test.
• College education preferred with three months related experience or equivalent.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Strong customer service orientation to enhance guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive, park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests during vehicle entry and exit with a professional demeanor.
• Provide courteous, timely valet service and maintain appearance and surroundings.
• Maintain a clean, organized valet area and comply with safety procedures.
• Document vehicle condition and communicate any issues to supervision.
