Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must read and write standard English.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short notes, and memos.
• Able to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic with money and time formats (24h/military time).
• Understand rates and time-based pricing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Use Towne Park phone etiquette and maintain proper salutations.
• Provide directions and information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Determine charges and process payments via cash, credit, or direct billing; issue receipts.
• Complete shift reports and follow cash-handling SOPs; operate registers, gates, and card machines.
• Follow Lead Cashier instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
