Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of application or within commuting distance.
• One month of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English; basic arithmetic for handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
• Greet guests and use appropriate salutations; assist with parking and luggage handling.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions and information about local facilities and attractions; shuttle as required.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage keys, tickets and revenue accurately.
