Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Experience in valet, hospitality, parking, or customer service preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Guest Service.
• Warmly greet arriving and departing guests.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors and assist guests with coats and luggage.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and points of interest.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles; maintain keys securely.
• Represent AAA Parking professionally; maintain a clean valet area.
