Job summary

LAZ Parking is looking for a Valet Attendant to join our team in Chicago. In this role, you will welcome guests, park and retrieve cars, and assist customers with their needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate effectively. This position offers a pay rate of $17.30 per hour plus tips, with a schedule from Thursday to Sunday, 4 PM to 11 PM.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience required.
• Valid driver's license required with 2+ years of driving experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is necessary.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
• Preferred ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
• Provide each customer with a valet ticket.
• Park and retrieve cars efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage.
• Direct traffic to maintain flow.
