Job summary

VPNE is seeking an entry-level Valet Attendant at Opal Sol Hotel Clearwater, FL. You will warmly greet guests, park and retrieve cars, and ensure a safe, courteous, and efficient experience for every guest.

Schedule: Fri & Sat 3pm-11pm, with a strong emphasis on professionalism and a polished appearance. Responsibilities include safe vehicle handling, key and vehicle tracking, providing information about the garage, and maintaining a positive atmosphere for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with no prior experience required.
• Must be able to read and verbally communicate in English.
• Be able to smile during customer interactions and maintain a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times.
• Park customers’ vehicles in designated spots safely and securely.
• Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
• Provide exceptional guest experience.
• Be enthusiastic about the job and create a positive environment for customers and teammates.
• Use VPNE-approved language in all communications.
• Assist with shift end transition.
• Provide information about the garage hours, rates, or promotions when asked.
• Maintain a neatly groomed appearance.
• Perform cleaning duties as assigned
• Follow VPNE attendance policy
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards or incidents promptly.
• Fill out damage or accident reports as needed
