Job summary

Prince Waikiki on Oahu is seeking a Valet Ambassador to deliver exceptional guest service, drive hotel vehicles, and transport guests safely to destinations. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and maintain a courteous demeanor while following local driving laws.

Responsibilities include assisting with directions, coordinating with staff, keeping work areas clean, and staying organized under busy conditions.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read, write, and understand the primary language (English) used in the workplace.
• Minimum 2 year experience driving vehicles.
• Prefer 1 year customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all arriving/departing guests.
• Assist guests with carrying personal belongings to and from their cars.
• Provide directions or other helpful information about the local area.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers and luggage during transport.
• Park vehicle in designated valet stalls and monitor cleanliness of work areas.
• Adhere to all local and state driving laws and company policies.
• Maintain positive guest relations and respond promptly to requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
