Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Tour Guide in San Diego to greet guests, manage presentation check-ins, and coordinate smoothly with licensed Real Estate Agents. The role is non-sales during onboarding with a clear pathway into a licensed Real Estate Sales role.

You will receive onboarding, pre-licensing support, and compliance training, with a compensation structure including an hourly wage and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain California Real Estate License within six months of hire; pre-licensing education provided.
• Guest-facing experience preferred.
• Experience using computers, tablets, and digital business applications.
• Professional hospitality presence and ability to build guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and owners with warm, professional hospitality.
• Verify guest identities and confirm presentation appointments.
• Maintain guest records in the CRM.
• Prepare presentation areas and AV equipment.
• Coordinate handoff to licensed Real Estate Agents.
• Complete administrative tasks and compliance training.
• Support daily operations and other duties as assigned.
