Popeyes is seeking enthusiastic, dependable Team Members to deliver exceptional guest service, prepare food, and contribute to a positive, energetic environment.

This position emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant in Illinois. Training is provided for new hires, and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods.
