Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication in a loud environment with guests and team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make guests smile.
• Passion for creating comfort, connection, and joy for guests.
• Fast-paced multitasking with ease.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Basic food safety understanding and training; Food Handler’s Card required by law.
• Enjoy working with food; food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Prepare salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment following safety standards.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up shifts.
