Job summary

Charleys at LV Petroleum is hiring team members to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced Las Vegas setting. You will welcome guests, take orders with a POS system, and suggest menu items while ensuring accuracy and speed.

Prepare fresh food, follow safety procedures, and maintain cleanliness. You’ll work with a team to keep operations smooth and drive sales through friendly interactions. Weekly pay and benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; training provided.
• Food service or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a positive, friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations.
• Ensure orders are prepared and delivered quickly and accurately.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and upscale when needed.
• Prepare and assemble menu items following Charleys standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with ingredient prep and order execution.
• Keep dining, kitchen, and service areas clean and organized.
• Sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils regularly.
• Assist with trash removal and restocking throughout shifts.
• Support overall restaurant appearance and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent service.
• Help during busy periods to keep operations moving efficiently.
• Replenish supplies and support daily operations.
• Contribute ideas and maintain a positive team environment.
• Promote featured items and special offers.
• Suggest add-ons and upgrades to enhance the guest experience.
• Help drive sales through friendly guest interactions.
