Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous food service or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Health & TAM card.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Take customer orders and provide helpful suggestions.
• Ensure customers have an enjoyable experience.
• Address questions or concerns with professionalism.
• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items.
• Handle ingredients and follow food safety protocols.
• Operate POS system and process transactions.
• Balance cash and perform end-of-shift counting.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including dining area and restrooms.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Restock ingredients and monitor inventory.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
