• Demonstrate knowledge of brand, products, and promotions.
• Fry, bake, or cook food items as required.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Wrap and package food for final assembly.
• Maintain brand-wide standards and cleanliness.
• Monitor product hold times and inventory as needed.
• Assist in opening and/or closing procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests, teammates, and leaders.
• Maintain a sanitary, safe restaurant and keep restrooms clean.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
