This role supports multiple stations including front counter and Drive-Thru, with opportunities for growth within a large franchise network. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, teamwork, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices and uses suggestive selling to generate sales.
• Verifies the accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen area, counters, prep areas, utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items.
• Works at multiple workstations (front counter, Drive-Thru, etc.).
• Attends shifts regularly and on time.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Resolves issues that arise in the restaurant.
• Learns team skills and works to achieve goals.
• Responds to guests' needs professionally.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Thrives in fast-paced environment and under pressure.
