Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) in Belen, NM is hiring Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, deliver friendly service, and help keep the restaurant clean with great food that meets quality standards.

The role supports managers and fellow team members in achieving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities spanning food prep, stocking, safety, and multi-station tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable personnel.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation available.
• Minimum age of 16; 18 for open/close shifts.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts.
• Customer-focused with service orientation.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments, and resolves issues.
• Operates cash register and uses suggestive selling to boost sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies order accuracy and prepares/Packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Maintains regular attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Collaborates with management to resolve issues and supports team goals.
