Job summary

Emler Swim & Gym located in Frisco, TX, is hiring swim instructors to teach water safety and swimming skills to children from 6 months to 12 years. You’ll be part of a fun, energetic team dedicated to helping kids thrive in and around the pool.

Set evening/weekend shifts with opportunities for more hours as you grow. Training is provided to ensure you’re confident from day one, even if you’re new to teaching swim.— join a family-like team with growth paths and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded and professional with strong communication skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Comfortable in the water and active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swim experience is a plus but not required; paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Training with an experienced mentor to learn our proven swim instruction methods
• Teaching weekly lessons and cheering on student milestones
• Creating positive, trusting relationships with students and parents
• Keeping safety a top priority for everyone in and around the pool
• Getting your steps in! This is an active, on-your-feet (and in-the-pool) role
• Teaching classes for kids of all ages, from 6 months to 12 years - every age group brings new energy!

Your Schedule:

Pay Range

USD $14.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
