BURGER KING in Westwood, PA is hiring Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service in a high-volume setting. You will greet guests, prepare food, handle payments, and keep the restaurant clean while following brand standards.

The role emphasizes learning across stations, reliability, and teamwork. Applicants should be at least 16 years old, have a positive attitude, and be willing to work weekends and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Available to work a variety of days/times including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.
• Ability to display positive attitude and a genuine desire to help and serve others.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal communication in Spanish and/or English.
• Self-motivated and action-oriented.
• Attendance reliability and punctuality are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure positive interactions.
• Provide menu suggestions and ensure accurate order preparation.
• Handle guest concerns professionally following company policies.
• Process orders accurately and handle payments.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
• Restock and manage inventory.
• Adhere to cash handling guidelines and security.
