Job summary

CAVA is hiring Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience at our Shelby Township location. You’ll greet guests, educate them about our menu, and tailor meals to their preferences, while maintaining a clean dining area and following recipes for quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable in hot and cold temperatures and near open flames.
• Excellent guest service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests about our menu and assemble orders.
• Keep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Deliver a delicious, unique, and memorable experience to each guest.
• Cross-train across the restaurant to support rapid growth.
