GUEST EXPERIENCE TEAM MEMBER

As a Guest Experience Team Member (GETM) you support the Impact Kitchen community by taking orders, serving, preparing a variety of beverages, and setting the hospitality standard high. GETMs make $18.00 per hour + tips (+$6/hour on average), receive a substantial discount on Impact Kitchen products, and have access to team perks that support a healthy lifestyle.

No prior experience necessary, a great attitude and desire to contribute to Team Impact is all you need!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Show up for your team, be consistent, punctual and present.
• Provide best-in-class hospitality to the community, know regulars, and build relationships.
• Be an Impact Kitchen subject matter expert, sell the menu, own and adhere to process.
• Take, prepare and provide orders to guests and delivery partners to standards with consistent accuracy. Be able to adapt to recipe and SOP changes.
• Perform various tasks during each shift and support teammates as required.

ABILITIES

• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively, respectfully and work well with others in a team based setting.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to learn quickly both with and without direct coaching.
• Ability to execute and thrive in a quick paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business requires
• Preferred but not required: Food Handlers Certification, Barista experience.

Como Miembro del Equipo de Experiencia del Cliente (GETM), apoyas a la comunidad de Impact Kitchen tomando pedidos, sirviendo, preparando una variedad de bebidas y manteniendo altos estándares de hospitalidad. Los GETMs ganan $18.00 por hora + propinas (+$6/hora en promedio), reciben un descuento considerable en productos de Impact Kitchen y tienen acceso a beneficios para el equipo que apoyan un estilo de vida saludable.

CALIFICACIONES

• Cumplir con tu equipo siendo constante, puntual y presente.
• Brindar hospitalidad de primer nivel a la comunidad, conocer a los clientes habituales y construir relaciones.
• Ser un experto en Impact Kitchen, promover el menú y seguir los procesos establecidos.
• Tomar, preparar y entregar pedidos a clientes y socios de entrega siguiendo los estándares y manteniendo precisión constante. Ser capaz de adaptarse a cambios en recetas y procedimientos operativos estándar (SOP).
• Realizar diversas tareas durante cada turno y apoyar a los compañeros de equipo según sea necesario.

HABILIDADES

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación; capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y respetuosa y trabajar bien con otros en un entorno de equipo.
• Excelente gestión del tiempo y habilidades organizativas con capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas.
• Capacidad para aprender rápidamente tanto con como sin supervisión directa.
• Capacidad para ejecutar tareas y prosperar en un entorno de hospitalidad de ritmo rápido.
• Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados.
• Capacidad para levantar objetos pesados de hasta 50 libras.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar durante el día, tardes y fines de semana según las necesidades del negocio.
• Preferido, pero no obligatorio: Certificación de Manipulación de Alimentos y experiencia como barista.
