Job summary

Dash In is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced 24/7 convenience store environment.

Role offers both full-time and part-time options with hourly pay of $15.50–$18.00 plus $1 overnight premium. Duties include assisting guests, stocking, cleaning, cash handling, and supporting the team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and welcome weekend shifts.

• High School Diploma or GED required or ability to complete GED program.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
