Job summary

Skyline Chili is seeking a Team Member in Ohio to join our restaurant crew. You may be hired for Server, Drive-Thru, or Production duties, and will be cross-trained to support multiple tasks while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing beverages, and assisting with food prep, with emphasis on a safe, clean, and welcoming guest experience; prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Server duties: dining room and/or counter service, communicate orders, deliver beverages, observe guest experience, handle payments.
• Drive-Thru duties: ring in orders, prepare items, deliver beverages and serviceware, handle cash.
• Production duties: prepare food orders quickly per recipes, coordinate with team to expedite orders.
