Job summary

Skyline Chili, Inc. is hiring Team Members to join our Cincinnati team. Roles include Server, Drive-Thru, and Production, with cross-training across duties to keep orders flowing and guests satisfied.

Team Members provide Skyline Time service with enthusiasm, accuracy, and a focus on safety and cleanliness. Must be at least 16, with basic reading/writing abilities; prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and have all documents and permits required by law.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Server: dining room and/or counter service to guests, communicates orders to production, delivers beverages and food.
• Drive-Thru: delivers drive-thru service, rings in orders, prepares and bag items, handles cash if needed.
• Production: prepares food quickly per recipes, collaborates with team to expedite orders and maintain quality.
