You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and help maintain a clean display and stocked service area. Ideal candidates are comfortable in a fast-paced setting, able to count change accurately, and capable of upselling products under supervisor guidance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of restaurant policies and HR procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
• Must be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be able to receive money and accurately count back change.
• Practices adequate security measures in cash handling and maintains a drawer.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers with a sincere smile and welcoming attitude.
• Takes and fills customer orders within the service time.
• Suggests upsells of products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers orders to customers.
• Addresses customer service problems or complaints and notifies the manager as needed.
• Counts drawer at end of shift to ensure accuracy and reports discrepancies.
