Job summary

Freddy's is hiring Team Members to be at the heart of the guest experience. You will work with a team to prepare our signature steakburgers and custard with accuracy, keep the dining area clean, and ensure every guest is greeted with genuine hospitality.

Team Members may be trained as Coldline or Hotline Team Members, with opportunities to cross-train. All duties are performed with teamwork and a shared commitment to delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have teamwork and communication skills.
• Must follow all food safety and sanitation expectations.
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service with a positive attitude and hospitality.
• Prepare and serve Freddy's signature menu items with quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming work environment.
• Uphold the three pillars of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Maintain and prepare workstations and equipment for service.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
• Support other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
