Job summary

Freddy's is seeking a Team Member to be at the heart of guest experiences. You will help prepare our signature steakburgers and custard, maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant, and ensure every guest receives genuine hospitality. Roles may include Coldline or Hotline responsibilities, with cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must follow all food safety and sanitation expectations.
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service through a positive attitude, order accuracy and hospitality.
• Prepare and serve steakburgers and custard with quality and speed.
• Maintain clean and welcoming workstations and restaurant.
• Work with the team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in other duties as assigned to support the guest experience.
