You will help supervise the Guest Service area, process a variety of guest transactions, and support the Assistant Customer Service Team Leader with daily cash and sales tasks.

Requirements include 18+, strong communication, reliable work ethic, basic math, and 6-12 months related experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and thank each guest served.
Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience.
Project a professional image per dress code and grooming policy.
Maintain a neat and clean work area and safe work practices.
Assist the Guest Service Supervisor in supervising the Guest Service area.
Assist with daily cash and sales activities.
Train and coach Guest Service teammates to ensure excellent guest experience.
Process guest transactions including cash handling, bill payment, ATM, Lottery, Western Union.
Ensure security of the Guest Service area and items.
Communicate new policies or promotions to guests.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
