Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality environments.
• Ability to maintain station stock and cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Good teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty tables quickly and reset them as required.
• Maintain stocks and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests beverages, breads and butter, and assist servers as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Perform general cleaning tasks with standard products.
• Fold napkins to maintain supplies.
• Restock condiments and side stands as needed.
• Assist with greeting and seating guests and other tasks as assigned.
