Job summary

Compass Group USA's Levy division seeks a Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily concessions and catering operations, ensuring guest service, flow, and compliance with standards.

You will supervise front-of-house staff, coordinate event services, train teams on service and safety, and act as liaison between guests, catering staff, culinary teams, and management. This role requires leadership, attention to cash handling, POS accuracy, and the ability to work in fast-paced event environments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Food service, concessions, catering, hospitality, or event operations experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily concessions and catering operations to ensure exceptional guest service, efficient service delivery, and compliance with company standards.
• Supervise front-of-house team members, coordinate event and concession activities, support operational excellence, and serve as a liaison between guests, catering staff, culinary teams, and management.
• Monitor guest interactions, resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, and maintain service standards for a positive guest experience.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing adjustments based on business needs.
• Train team members on customer service standards, food handling procedures, cash handling, and workplace safety.
