Job summary

Old Overton Club in Vestavia Hills, Alabama is seeking a Full-Time Outside Guest Services Supervisor to join Troon, a global leader in golf and community management. The role focuses on coordinating events, greeting golfers, and maintaining the clubhouse and facilities throughout the day.

Responsibilities include staff preparation for events, managing guest records, assisting with start of play, and supporting department leadership in training, policy enforcement, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Organize groups/outings for events and prepare staff and facilities.
• Greet golfers at bag drop and manage golf clubs inventory and maintenance.
• Maintain clubhouse, cart storage, and parking lot; clean golf shops, restrooms, and patio.
• Assist in monitoring player etiquette and course policy; support start of play.
• Assist the department manager in interviewing, training, planning, and directing work.
