HHM Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor in Westbury, NY to oversee front desk operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards and sustainability commitments.

You will interview, hire, train, and coach associates; resolve guest concerns through thorough investigation; monitor satisfaction scores; handle reservations and billing; and assist in the absence of the Front Office Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and coach associates to meet brand standards.
• Resolve guest concerns through thorough investigation and effective solutions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and drive improvements.
• Oversee front office operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
• Balance accounts, conduct audits, and handle guest billing.
• Make and confirm reservations and process payments.
• Promote HHM brand marketing programs.
• Greet guests, register rooms, and provide welcome materials.
