Join the Dash In Team as a Front of House Guest Experience Supervisor

Required Availability:

• Must be available to work overnight/graveyard shifts (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed

We're looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

Your Role in Creating Remarkable Experiences

• Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build, develop, and train a high-performing team of retail associates.
• Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and provide your team with the tools and resources needed to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Proactively engage with guests and address questions or concerns promptly.
• Support associates in meeting guest needs efficiently while maintaining a "no wait" experience.
• Monitor customer flow and open registers as needed to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold Dash In Brand Standards by maintaining high levels of guest engagement, cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
• Communicate inventory and ordering needs effectively with the Guest Experience Manager.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the Guest Experience Manager and Senior Store Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using technology, including POS systems and related software.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Active ServSafe Certification preferred.
