Job summary

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience, ideally in a supervisor or lead role.
Strong background in guest service with a proven ability to resolve issues professionally.
Experience training, coaching, or mentoring team members.
Familiarity with POS systems, cash-handling procedures, and daily operational checklists.
Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

Lead and support front-of-house staff to ensure smooth, guest-focused service.
Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members to uphold standards.
Oversee daily floor operations, including table assignments and pacing.
