Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in New Hampshire to enhance guest experiences and support store operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the POS, maintaining cash and inventory controls, replenishing stock, and coordinating with management on guest requests and vendor relations.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, with opportunities to contribute across store tasks while upholding safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions.
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
