Job summary

Global Partners LP in New Hampshire seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling the POS, replenishing stock, and executing safety and housekeeping tasks.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekends and holidays, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail settings.
• Ability to handle cash, make change and balance POS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS per corporate standards and manage cash levels.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products ensuring in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Support gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
